This policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Condokan (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) upon placing an order through our website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
1. Strict No-Return Policy (Hygiene & Safety Compliance)
Due to the intimate and personal nature of the products sold by Condokan, and in compliance with health and consumer safety standards, all sales are final.
- Condoms
- Lubricants
- Delay sprays or wipes
- Intimate wellness products
- Any sealed, unsealed, opened, or used items
- Products damaged after successful delivery
This policy is strictly enforced to protect the health, safety, and privacy of all customers.
2. Limited Exceptions – Wrong or Damaged Product
Claims will only be considered if:
- An incorrect product was delivered; or
- The product was physically damaged at the time of delivery.
To qualify:
- Notification must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must remain unused and in original packaging.
- Clear photo and/or video evidence must be provided.
Condokan reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve or reject any claim.
3. Refund Authorization & Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through Bkash or Bank only.
- Delivery charges, processing fees, and transaction costs are non-refundable.
Condokan shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, mobile financial services, or third-party payment gateways.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may only be canceled prior to dispatch.
- Once processed or shipped, cancellation is strictly prohibited.
- Refusal to accept delivery does not qualify for refund eligibility.
5. Privacy & Discreet Packaging Policy
5.1 Discreet Packaging
- All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.
- The package does not disclose product details.
- The sender name displayed will not indicate the nature of the products.
5.2 Confidential Information Handling
- Customer data (name, phone number, address, order details) is used strictly for order processing and delivery purposes.
- We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except courier partners, payment processors, or when required by law.
5.3 Delivery Confidentiality Limitation
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Actions of third-party courier personnel beyond our control.
- Delivery to shared or public addresses chosen by the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Condokan shall not be held liable for misuse, allergic reactions, courier delays, or incorrect information provided by the customer. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product purchased.
7. Policy Amendments
Condokan reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
8. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

এই নীতিমালা আপনার (“গ্রাহক”) এবং Condokan (“কোম্পানি”, “আমরা”, “আমাদের”) এর মধ্যে একটি আইনগতভাবে বাধ্যতামূলক চুক্তি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই নীতিমালার সকল শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।
১. কঠোর নো-রিটার্ন নীতি (স্বাস্থ্য ও সুরক্ষা)
পণ্যের ব্যক্তিগত ও সংবেদনশীল প্রকৃতির কারণে এবং স্বাস্থ্য ও সুরক্ষা বিধিমালা অনুসারে সকল বিক্রয় চূড়ান্ত (Final Sale)।

- খোলা, সিল ভাঙা বা ব্যবহৃত পণ্য
- ডেলিভারির পর ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
গ্রাহকদের স্বাস্থ্য, নিরাপত্তা ও গোপনীয়তা রক্ষার্থে এই নীতি কঠোরভাবে অনুসরণ করা হয়।
২. সীমিত ব্যতিক্রম – ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
শুধুমাত্র নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে:
- ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে; অথবা
- ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য দৃশ্যমানভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে।
দাবি করার শর্তাবলি:
- ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
- পণ্য অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিং-এ থাকতে হবে।
- স্পষ্ট ছবি বা ভিডিও প্রমাণ প্রদান করতে হবে।
দাবি গ্রহণ বা বাতিল করার পূর্ণ অধিকার Condokan সংরক্ষণ করে।
৩. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
- অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড ১–২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
- রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র বিকাশ অথবা ব্যাংকিং পদ্ধতিতে প্রদান করা হবে।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ, প্রসেসিং ফি এবং ট্রানজেকশন ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
ব্যাংক, মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য Condokan দায়ী থাকবে না।
৪. অর্ডার বাতিল নীতি
- শুধুমাত্র পণ্য প্রেরণের পূর্বে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে।
- পণ্য পাঠানোর পর অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে না।
- ডেলিভারি গ্রহণে অস্বীকৃতি রিফান্ডের জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
৫. প্রাইভেসি ও ডিসক্রিট প্যাকেজিং নীতি
৫.১ ডিসক্রিট প্যাকেজিং
- সমস্ত অর্ডার সাধারণ (plain) ও আনব্র্যান্ডেড প্যাকেজিং-এ পাঠানো হয়।
- প্যাকেটের উপর পণ্যের বিবরণ উল্লেখ থাকে না।
- প্রেরকের নাম থেকে পণ্যের প্রকৃতি বোঝা যাবে না।
৫.২ গ্রাহকের তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা
- গ্রাহকের নাম, ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর ও অর্ডার তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রসেসিং ও ডেলিভারির জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- আমরা কোনো গ্রাহকের তথ্য বিক্রি বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে শেয়ার করি না, ব্যতিক্রম শুধুমাত্র কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, পেমেন্ট প্রসেসর বা আইনগত প্রয়োজনে।
৫.৩ ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত সীমাবদ্ধতা
- গ্রাহকের প্রদত্ত ভুল ঠিকানা বা তথ্য।
- তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার কর্মীদের আচরণ।
- গ্রাহকের নির্বাচিত শেয়ার্ড বা পাবলিক ঠিকানায় ডেলিভারি।
৬. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা
পণ্যের অপব্যবহার, ব্যক্তিগত অ্যালার্জি, কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব বা গ্রাহকের ভুল তথ্যের জন্য Condokan দায়ী থাকবে না। সর্বোচ্চ দায়বদ্ধতা পণ্যের ক্রয়মূল্যের বেশি হবে না।
৭. নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন
Condokan পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখা মানে আপডেটকৃত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান।
৮. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই নীতিমালা গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে। যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের অধিক্ষেত্রে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
